Why Museum? is a project that questions the nature of art: what defines it, what deserves to be on the walls of a museum and what is left out? The answer is subjective, and what may be a masterpiece for you may have no artistic value for me, and vice versa.

To illustrate this concept, an exhibition was held in which two contrasting elements were presented. Inside the Sala Ideal in Barcelona, an empty frame was exhibited, inviting reflection on what could fill it. On the other hand, on the street, a frame with a huge QR code was placed. Scanning it redirects to an Instagram page where anyone can send and post images they consider art. In this way, the museum transcends its physical boundaries and becomes an open space for creativity and interpretation for all.

This project challenges our preconceived perceptions and invites us to explore the diversity of opinions about art. What is art? The answer is constantly evolving and depends on the eye of the beholder.
